About Quodsi

Simulation doesn't always require a new tool. It can now live inside the ones you already use.

We started Quodsi because too many process recommendations get built on a diagram and a gut feeling — not proof. So instead of asking teams to adopt another platform, we built simulation that lives inside the diagramming tools they already use.

What We Believe

Four things we're building around.

01
Diagrams should prove things, not just describe them.

A process map shows how something is supposed to work. It can't show whether it actually will. We think that gap — not a bad diagram, but an untestable one — is where the real risk hides.

02
Simulation shouldn't mean a new tool.

Powerful modeling has existed for decades. It just lived in specialist software most teams never opened. We think it belongs inside the diagram you already built, not bolted onto something else.

03
A recommendation is only as strong as its proof.

Expertise gets you in the room. Evidence is what gets a redesign approved. We build for the people who have to defend a decision before it's made — not just explain it after.

04
Powerful doesn't have to mean complicated.

Traditional simulation was built for specialists, with the learning curve to match. We think anyone who can build a process diagram should be able to test one.

Who We Are

Founded by two simulation lifers who've been building models since dial-up. We love this stuff — probably too much.
